Your membership ensures that we're able to keep doing the work of influencing the publishing industry, and also makes sure you're connected to the best books in the world. There are 3 levels of membership, so you are sure to find a fit for you 

Paperback. £5 month

As a Paperback member, you will have full access to all of our online events throughout the year, including our ever-popular Online Book Club and author events, at no extra cost. And because we love you and we love community, we’ll run two online community events a year just for members, to meet, chat and share our love of books

International Membership available everywhere. What’s included: Online Book club, Afrori Hangouts, Online Events.

Hardback. £30 per month

 Want a little more? Our Hardback tier is for readers who want to connect and support 

Black authors in a more substantial way.  Each month, you’ll be able to select a hardback of your choice from our exclusively curated Patreon Top Ten, which will be shipped to you at no extra charge anywhere in the UK. Plus, you’ll receive all the benefits and community love of the Paperback tier. UK only Membership (for now!)

Ever wondered what it would be like to have your own personal shopper for books?!  ‘Bookseller Salons’ have grown in popularity in the last few years, with some bookshops reporting waiting lists of months. So if you would like a guaranteed Bookseller Salon, where we will personally curate a bespoke collection of books that will fulfil your reading desires, then this is the tier for you! Every six months, enjoy a private one-to-one consultation with one of our Bookseller Experts, and come away with £100 worth of books that have been curated specifically for you. Plus, you’ll receive all the benefits and community love of the Hardback tier.
